We're accepting submissions until Jan 22nd and will be sending out approvals on Jan 29th!

Ai-Kon 2016 Winterfest Events and Panels Rules and Information Guide

Rules:

#1: Remember we are a family friendly con please keep all language and content PG13

#2: Please respect Ai-kon and The RBC convention center property. Keep room clean and as you found it. Do not move around any furniture, should you require a change in setup please advise.

#3: Must show up for your time slot in a timely manner, any cancellations should be reported prior to Ai-kon Winterfest asap.

#4 As Ai-kon is a convention centered around Asian Culture, panels that have to do with Asian culture will take higher priority, but are not mandatory.

#5 Please do not begin formally organizing an event/panel until you have received approval.

#6 During your panel please be mindful of the time as other panelists will be waiting for their turn.

#7 As per RBC Convention center policies please no outside food or drink, some exceptions may apply

#8 Failure to comply with these rules may result in barment from hosting future events/panels at Ai-kon Winterfest and Ai-kon proper.

We will be accepting panelist submissions until Jan 22nd 2016, late submissions will not be accepted. We will be sending out approvals starting January 29th 2016. By submitting a panel, you are agreeing to the above rules.

Panelists hosting panels will receive one free pass to Ai-kon Winterfest. (Any additional passes needed are up to the discretion of the Ai-kon committee)

Our Panel rooms offer tables and chairs and the following av equipment for your use:

Digital Projector
White Screen
Sound System with Microphone

All other equipment will have to be brought in by the panel/event organizer(s). (ie computer)

Note: Equipment and Set-up is subject to change, please inform us if you need something specific.
